Right Next Door Synopsis:
My fiancé is officially a married man. The only problem is that he isn’t married to me. . .
Addison Peacock has been stuck in the same seaside town her entire life. When her college boyfriend proposes the night before graduation, she can finally see the future she’d always dreamt about. But the sudden illness of her father causes her to put that future on hold, and her soon-to-be husband leaves, with nothing but a promise that one day he’ll return.
Now, five years later, he’s kept that promise. There’s only one problem . . . he’s already married. Crushed twice by the same man, Addison needs a distraction, someone to get her back on her feet and mend her broken heart. As luck would have it, Damian Walker has just moved in next door.
Having rebuilt his own life after a drunk driver stole his career, his heart . . . everything, Damian knows what it’s going to take to get Addison’s life back on track. But he’s not going to be anyone’s rebound. His life is complicated . . . there’s no room for one-night stands. Until Addison knows what she’s looking for, neighbors are all they’ll ever be.
One shared wall, two sun-kissed balconies, and a chance at love...a twist of fate. Could the possibility of a future be right next door?

JESSICA'S 4.5 STAR REVIEW:
.5 Stars!!!
“No doubts, no regrets. I want all of you, every part. The good, the bad, and the perfect. When you are ready to give me you, I’m all yours.”
I loved this book, there were times I wanted to laugh, cry and scream at once and all at the same time. It was so not what I expected just judging by the title or the synopsis. There were such deep emotions on so many levels and at times they were raw and gritty not your typical perfect shiny love story.
You can’t help but fall in love with Addison but at different times I also felt like grabbing her and shaking the life out of her. Being devastated by her first love and the loss of her father Addison has all but given up on having any happiness in her life and she is content to live a life of solitude. Only focusing on her work she pretty much has decided that a career is the only dream she has left that she can make come true.
“Always love your life, Addison. It’s the only one you’ve got.”
Damian hasn’t had the easiest life contrary to what others may think. The bastard child who was never good enough for his superstar father, a former pro athlete whose future was stripped away in the blink of an eye by a tragic accident, Damian struggled to get to where he is in his life today. Ghosts from his past still lurk in the recesses of his mind and he has to fight every day to help an innocent child. Immediately upon meeting Addison Damian can recognize the pain and suffering in her eyes and he knows he must also help her to heal.
I’ll wait forever, Addison. But what we have this only comes around once in a lifetime, don’t take it for granted.” “Love me Addison, forever, because, I can’t stop loving you. I don’t even want to try.”
I loved the interactions with Damian and Addison he was so kind and caring really went out of his way to put her feelings first, sometimes having the patience of a saint. Poor Addison was really torn and scared to trust any feelings after Matt the douche ripped her world apart but with reassurance and time she was able to trust her emotions and finally build a life she dreamed of.
Right Next Door is a stand-alone novel written in alternating narrative from the two main characters. I highly recommend this quick fun read I promise you will not be disappointed.
