This is the second book in the Private series, the first book was a great story and I would give it a 4.5 star, this book I have to give a 4.5 star to as well because yes you guessed it a big fat cliffy!!!! To the gods of cliffhangers I loathe you!

Just when I thought the story was coming to a great end then BAM slapped in the face cliffhanger! But don't let that throw you because you will definitely want to read both of these stories. In the first book you meet the characters Ben and Tess who meet in a very weird way, they meet in a bar and the only way to communicate with someone is to log into the chat service that is provided. Tess never thought she would find a man to love like Ben , Ben never did serious until he seen the firecracker Tess walk in the door and everything changed for him.. Tess still had issues because of a haunted past but little did she know that haunted past followed her and will attack again, but this time Ben was there to help her through it while he fights his own demons from dealing with his pain over his mother's death. They learn to cope and start there lives together. This books picks up with them trying to fight struggles of dealing with daily routines and learning more about each other, but again the past will creep up and rear its ugly head again, but can they over come this?

Tess--- She is a broken girl that learns to deal with her past so that she can love Ben with her whole heart and learn to trust him through and through. Yes she had a horrid past and the man that caused that pain is behind bars, but why does everyone seem to think its her fault? Can she help Ben through his life changes and learn to trust him even though he keeps given her reasons not too?

Ben-- He has something that he needs from his Ex but will that cost him his happiness with Tess, his family expecially his sister is a big part of his life but will he be able to be there for her when she needs him the most, or will tragedy strike the family again--- he is just now coming to terms that his mother died giving birth to his sister and its been 15 years can he deal with more pain?

Go get both books you will seriously love them... the chemistry between these too is off the charts hot! I only hope the third book in this series comes out very soon!!! I am dying here cause I need to know what happens next!!! Another top anticipated release of 2014!

“ Private Show” is book two in a series. I remember reading ”Private Message” and think how different it was from everything else I have read. Just the concept of a bar where you can chat and text on line with other people in the room was amazing to me. That being said I am usually not a fan of series books. After book one the story line usually dies a slow death. But let me say I can’t wait for book three.

Tess and Ben have started their new relationship and things get steamy. We are reunited with past characters as well. Honestly it is like visiting old friends. I will not get into plots and subplots that’s what the summaries are for. But I will say that I have noticed Ms. Torella has grown as an author in this book. Her hot sex scenes are burning up the pages and the romantic element is done very well. If you haven’t read book one “Private Message” do yourself a favor and read that first. There is too much backstory that is need to understand “Private Show”. You will not regret reading both.

Yes there is a cliffhanger at the end of this book, but it involves a totally new storyline. Tess and Ben get their happily ever after as well as a few of the other key players.

As a side note I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Torella at last years NYC Author’s Signing. I think I scared the poor woman by my exuberance. I hope she will be there again this year to get this book signed as well.

I smack him. Hard.

He stumbles back in pure shock and I was able to turn his head with my swing. I once again have an audience in a Starbucks. Damn … I better stop this, before I can no longer show my face in another one… He looks back at me and he looks pissed. Oh, shit. He closes his eyes stretches his neck and I can see him push his tongue to the left side of his cheek, making it look like he has a ball in his mouth.

He takes in a deep breath, points at me and says, “You’d better keep quiet, unless you want to hear all about what Ben’s been up to.”

Whew. I thought for a second there he was going to hit me back. Wait, what does he mean about what Ben’s been up to? I take a look around the shop and people quickly turn away. I am so pissed off and my wrist is killing me. I grab my jacket and bag and head out the door myself.
