I really enjoyed Forgiven by Rebecca Shea. This is the follow up of Matt and Lindsay's story. Matt and Lindsay having seeing each other for awhile but have kept it a secret until just recently. Lindsay gets the job offer of a lifetime and makes a rash decision to take it without thinking about the consequences. She moves to Arizona without even telling Matt goodbye. When she get there is miserable and doesn't quite know how to cope. She quickly falls back into her old habits as this is the only way she know how to deal with her decision. Will she be able to stop before she gets in to deep. Will the mistakes she makes along the way be forgiven.
Matt was devastated when Lindsay leaves without even saying goodbye. He always wanted her to pursue her dreams but had hoped to be a bigger part of them. He has a very hard time trying to cope with all the mistakes that Lindsay has made but know he wants her in his life. I felt so bad for Matt. Will he be able to forgive Lindsay for all the hurt she has caused him. Gues you will have to read to find out.
I loved the connection between the characters. I wish we would have gotten alittle bit more of Matt and Lindsay's story as this book seemed to focus more on Lindsay and her journey to find out.
