This story follows Charlie Hennings and Maggie Walker who were introduced in the first book, Not Alone. If you haven’t read the first book in the series, I highly recommend you do before diving into Runaway Love. You’ll have a better grasp on the characters and background leading into this sequel.

Just like with Not Alone, this book is full of drama and suspense with a heavy dose of romance. I was drawn into the story instantly and couldn’t get enough. I loved that the plot was more than just a love story. It’s a thrilling read with an unpredictable story. I never knew what twist would come next and enjoyed every unexpected turn. You’ll be hooked from the start and unable to put this novel down until you reach the end.

I also loved the chemistry between Charlie and Maggie. Charlie is this perfect balance of sexy and protective with a shred of vulnerability. From the moment he saw Maggie she has enthralled him. She’s genuine and kind-hearted yet finds herself in the middle of Charlie’s FBI investigation. Their connection is irresistible and a delightful indulgence.

This was another great teacher/student romance with some crazy twists! I would give this a 3.5-4 star.

Alex and Caleb literally ran into each other one day on campus and when they both realize Alex can't walk back on her own the only noble thing Caleb could do was help her.  He didn't realize that she would turn his world upside down with just one walk.. And Alex didn't realize that she was about to find out that Caleb is off limits.  Two years have past and they have been able to keep there distance until one walk into a poetry class and again there worlds flip and they just can't fight the chemistry any longer... Will there love affair last or does the secrets Caleb carries around with him get them both in to deep?  What happens when what they have together gets threatened by one person they never saw coming?

I really did enjoy this story cause not only am I sucker for romance in general but I love teacher/student books.   Pick this is up you won't be disappointed... And yes I now want to have sex under a willow tree in the rain just saying.   Look forward to more from this author!

3.75-4 PEACHY STARS.

This is the fourth installment in The Blackstone Affair series. It starts off on a sweet note with Ethan and Brynne continuing their post wedding festivities with close family and friends in an intimate setting and future part time residence of the happy couple at the country mansion in Stonewall Court.

Ethan Blackstone- the CEO of Blackstone security is still burdened with his dark demons. Fortunately, he found that one special person that made him a little less intolerable...Brynne. He claimed her. He owns her body and soul. It's Ethan's way. She has given him a reason to really live and breath a little better. I'm not sure Ethan will ever be free of the deep rooted issues that continue to plague him.  But he's heading in the right direction.

These "Damaged souls who had somehow fallen into each other's life by some twist of fate." ...found solace in each others pain and fought hard to create a relationship built on love, passion and hope.

Raine Miller has been reading romance novels since she picked up that first Barbara Cartland book at the tender age of thirteen. And it's a safe bet she'll never stop, because now she writes them too! If you loved Chaotic you are going to love Twisted Bliss. This is definitely a 4 star rated book. C. A. Williams has created a true love story with all the ups and downs you could have in real life.

There are more twists and turn leaving you wanting more, this book begs you to continue reading until you know how it's going to end. I just couldn't put it down pulling an all nighter so that I could see how Della and Justin were going to get back together. You need to read chaotic first, because you know when you have read chaotic you know these two are meant to be together.

You will find yourself going through every emotion possible as you read, you become angry and want to slap someone, you will cry due to their heartache, you will really feel for Justin and Della. Justin knows he done wrong but doesn't know how to fix it. Della knows he's all she wants but doesn't want to be hurt again. They are both lost but together they can concur anything, together they are one.

You will want to slap those around them because not one of them Zoey or Mia or even Brian tells Justin that Della isn't with Nash anymore.

You'll find yourself screaming when he jumps to conclusions and thinks it Della who is pregnant.
Finally it all falls into place and they are together and you sigh with relief and think everything is fine and something happens.

This book had you guessing till the end. You are left sitting on the edge preying that it would all work out.

So if you like riding roller coaster rides and love ever afters with lots of drama in between this is the book for you.

The door to the arena room was open, and the moment we stepped in Claire gasped and I stared, wide-eyed at all the people. "Holy shit," I breathed in awe. "It's packed."

Every single chair around the cage was occupied and there were people standing around everywhere. There were two guys already in the cage battling it out, except they looked to be part of the Lightweight division. When I fought several years ago, I was competing for the Heavyweight title. Following the direction of Ty's pointed finger, I groaned when I saw the guy with the blue mohawk. Fuck, I knew who he was, or better yet, I knew his wife ... very well.

"What is it Mason?" Claire asked worriedly. "Who is he?"

His name was Chase Benfield and I did the unthinkable by fucking his wife. Blowing out a frustrated breath, I lowered my head and began to explain, "Do you remember when I mentioned I had a dark past?"

"Yeah," she said, drawling out the word. "Let me guess, you fought him back in the day?"

I nodded. "Yes, but that wasn't just it." I didn't want to tell her what I did because I was ashamed of the way I acted and the way I did things. I was sure she would understand, hopefully, but I didn't want her thinking less of me.

Claire let go of my hand and crossed her arms over her chest defiantly. "Dammit, just tell me already. You did this same shit to me when I was keeping something from you."

"Fine," I gave in, "but I need you to know it was a long time ago and it was before I even met you. I was stupid and did lots of stupid things that I shouldn't have."

She rolled her eyes. "Let me guess, you slept with his girlfriend," she guessed blandly.

Sighing, I regretfully nodded my head and waited for the angry words to come spewing out of her mouth. Instead, she said, "So, what's the big deal? You slept with her. That shit happens all the time. Why would he be angry about that still?"

"Well," I began, "it was actually his wife and I hooked up with her in my prepping room during his fight for a spot at the Heavyweight title. His trainer had come looking for her and found us. Needless to say, word got back to Chase awfully fast."

Claire groaned and hung her head. "Oh, hell, this isn't going to be good."

Chase finally spotted me from across the room and snarled his lip. No, I thought to myself, this definitely wasn't going to be good.
