Lie With Me
Release Day: November 27, 2015

Synopsis
Tell me a secret...
CJ Carmichael hasn't been able to get the vivacious blonde he spent four delirious days with off his mind. The blonde who was completely off-limits, but he couldn't deny.
Tell me a secret....
CJ had no intention of pursuing her, but Tara Stevens knew what she wanted and it was him. Now six months later, their time together still haunts him. As much as he's tried to talk himself out of seeing her again, the craving is just too powerful.
Tell me a secret...
Tara is more than willing to spend an entire fantasy weekend with CJ. More than willing to hand herself over to him completely and fulfill his every desire. More than willing to pretend he owns her despite their age difference and Kayne's disapproval.
Tell me a secret...
Sometimes fantasy becomes a reality. Sometimes people fall in love before they even know it- before they even know each other- and after its too late.
Tell me a secret...
Sometimes, beneath the sweetest secrets are the most deceptive lies.

BLOG TOUR AND REVIEW: BELONG BY JENNIFER FOOR

Displaying Belong_ebook_REVEALFILE.png

Belong
Release Day: November 23
Synopsis
Ten years ago I fell in love with a married woman. I walked away so she could be happy, moving across the country to make sure I put space between us. We severed ties, and I promised myself I wouldn't look back.
Since then I committed to someone else, and we have a child and a life many would wish for. Except, it's never been enough for me. There's always been something missing; something I never wanted to admit.
With my own marriage failing, I'm forced to go back to my hometown to bury the man who raised me. I never expected to see her there, and nothing could prepare me for what would happen the moment my arms wrapped around hers again.

BECKY'S REVIEW:
Jennifer Foor is one of those authors I can go back to over and over. From her Mitchell Series to her Kin Series and yes even her Diary of a Male Maid, there is something for every single reader out there. I was sick so it took me two days instead of my normal one to finish a #FoorWhore book. However, that did not take away from the experience.
Belong definitely tugs at your heartstrings because here is a man trying in every single way to do the right thing. Sometimes, the ones we try to protect the most end up collateral damage. I am not saying that his wife isn't suffering an unimaginable pain. I'm just saying for two souls to finally become one after 10 years, someone is always bound to get hurt. Is it possible to love two different women in completely different ways? I 100% agree it is.
We pick up in Belong 10 years after Bereft. After Chad has left all he knew behind so his love can move on with her life, he too moves on with his. He's married and has a beautiful daughter. However a sudden occurrence has him returning back to what he never thought he would face again.
I am not going to lie. I cried, my heart broke, I was angry but in the end all the right decisions were made. I have read Every. Single. Jenn Foor book their is and this is right up there with my Top 3 favorites!

Jennifer Foor is an award winning Contemporary Romance Author.
She is married with She's best known for the Mitchell Family Series, which includes ten books.two children and spends most of her time behind a keyboard, writing stories that come from her heart.

Excerpt:
"You have every right to assume this can't be anything more than a temporary affair. I don't blame you for being cautious, but there is something I want you to know."
She turned around, finally looking right at me with those hesitant eyes. "What?"
"I still love you." I swallowed the lump in my throat as the words came out, silently praying she wouldn't force me to leave. It wasn't every day that I told someone other than my wife I loved them, but in this instance it was the truest statement I'd ever made. "I feel like I've loved you for a lifetime. It’s true. I have loved my wife, but it’s not the same. It’s always been you, Rach. You’re the only woman I know I’ll never be able to let go of. Staying away was my only option. I did it to protect both of our lives, but there’s nothing standing in the way anymore. Please don't deny us a second chance." I paused one more time. "I need you, just as much as I think you need me."
Her shoulders relaxed, and I watched her purse fall from her grip and hit the concrete ground. She shrugged while staring into my eyes. Her lips were trembling, allowing me to almost sense the connection between us. "I'm not strong enough to be with you again. I can't handle anymore heartache. Being close to you scares me, because I’m tired of the pain and suffering."
I took two steps forward, breaking the distance between us. "I'm not capable of hurting you again, Rach. If you give me this chance I promise I won't let you down. Let me be your friend again, and whatever comes with it will be determined by both of us."

RELEASE BLITZ AND 5 STAR REVIEW: SACKED BY TABATHA VARGO

Synopsis

When Sawyer Reed wants something, he gets it.

And I WANT her.
She doesn’t know it yet, but she’s already mine.
Her resistance is futile because once I start a play, I always follow through.
And I ALWAYS win.
Nothing, not even the deep-seated hate I have for my rival, Jacob Byrd, is going to keep me from my endgame.
And my endgame is Gretchen Cole.
But I have to keep my head in the game. Everyone knows what happens to a quarterback when he loses focus. He gets SACKED.

APRIL'S 5 STAR REVIEW:

Sacked is Tabatha Vargo’s newest release.  With each book that she writes, I fall more in love with her style of writing. You can tell she thoroughly researches her material, gives them all fresh names that you don’t read over and over, and the covers are gorgeous. If you have never read a Tabatha book (gasp!!), start with Sacked. It will not disappoint.

Sacked is written from a dual POV, Sawyer and Gretchen. Sawyer is a football star at the university with a philosophy of f*ck and dump em with women. Gretchen was a student who swore she was “immune” to Sawyer’s charms, but had a hidden agenda to prove with him. Neither was looking for a relationship or love.

Sawyer avoided love because he had loved and lost in the past, and wanted to focus on football and become a NFL star. Gretchen wanted to help someone with a past of Sawyer’s. She was a smart mouthed football fan. I loved the banter between these two characters, in the midst of both of them fighting feelings for one another. But when they gave in, sparks flew….fireworks lit the sky...and neither would be the same afterwards.

Would Sawyer give up his wild ways? Would Gretchen give in to her heart? And can these two survive what life throws their way? This story will make you laugh, sweat a little with the steam, and will make you cry. It isn’t just a romance novel between two people. Sacked is also about forgiveness, which we all know can make us feel “sacked” when we get knocked down.

Tabatha, you have outdone yourself with this one. I love everything I have read by you, and Sacked is no different. If you have never read a book by this fabulous author, stop what you are doing and do some one-clicking now. It will not disappoint. 5 stars for Sacked, and even then I don’t feel like that is high enough. ;) Enjoy!!!

Excerpt
Pulling away, he looked down at me, a sexy grin on his face. “You’re so fucking sweet, baby,” he whispered. “I bet you taste sweet, too.”
I moaned loudly as he slipped his finger inside the lace covering me and swiped it softly across my throbbing center. Before I could really begin to enjoy it, he pulled his glistening finger out and sucked it between his lips. Seeing him taste my juices turned me on in a way I never imagined and the throbbing intensified.
“Mmmm. Honeysuckle.” He closed his eyes and sucked once more at his finger.
I moved to lean into him, but before I could, he dropped to his knees in front of me. His hands moved up my outer thighs, taking my dress with it, and then he was peeling my boy shorts off. Cold air rushed over my soaked folds as he shuffled them down my thighs to my knees and over my boots. And when I lifted my foot to help him take them off, he smiled to himself.
This was really happening, and I wasn’t sure I could stop it even if I wanted to. I was too far gone. I don’t know if it was the last few weeks of mental foreplay or the alcohol I’d consumed, but the second he slipped his hot tongue between my folds and sucked me, I didn’t care what happened. I only knew he was soothing the throbbing ache.
“Sawyer,” I whispered as my head fell back against the door with a thump. “Ah, God.”
I’d never let anyone in my personal space this way, but damn if I could stop him. The sensations that spread through me as he feasted on my sensitive flesh were beyond amazing. I found myself whining like a little bitch and begging with my moans for him to keep going.
My fingers moved into his hair, holding him to my body. Lifting my leg onto his shoulder, he opened me to him as he continuously licked and sucked, sending my body into a frenzied state.
“Yes. Oh my God, Sawyer, yes. What are you doing to me? I can’t …”
He didn’t answer.
Instead, he pushed a single finger into me and slowly began to work it in and out. My knees began to shake, the door the only thing holding me up, and I panted as the sensation of release slowly began to move over me.
Sliding a second finger into me, he worked back and forth and in and out. His tongue twirling my hardened nub before softly sucking, and I was done.
I exploded.

BLOG TOUR AND 5 STAR REVIEW: LOSING HER BY CORI WILLIAMS

BLOG TOUR
TITLE: Losing Her
SERIES: Broken Road (Book 1)
GENRE: Contemporary Romance
AUTHOR: Cori Williams
PUBLISHER: Booktrope Publishing
Release Date: November 7th, 2015

SYNOPSIS
Love. I’d hated love for most of my life. I saw how it destroyed the one person I thought I could count on as it sucked him under, leaving him not to care about anything else in the world—including me. But when I didn’t close myself off, I let love consume me. Love and hate, two words that don’t often go together but that’s what I felt for him. Beneath the prince lurked a monster.

Lawson Reynolds fell in love with Campbell Wynn the minute he laid eyes on her—even though he was clueless to the fact. Maybe if he had realized it sooner, he wouldn’t have lost her. Campbell Wynn had no interest in becoming another one of Lawson Reynold’s groupies. She thought she found her own happily ever after when she didn’t think they even existed. But the perfectly painted picture soon turned ugly behind closed doors. Will Lawson’s unconditional love be able to save her from the downward cycle that she refuses to break? Or will she reach the point of no return?

SHELLY'S 5 STAR REVIEW:

5 Stars.

Well Ms. Williams did it again.  She wrote a story that will mess with your heart, break it to pieces, and try to put it back together again.  Just reading the prologue I was like what just happened.  So let's take a walk down the Broken Road.

The first time Lawson sees Campbell he wants her.  She is not going to be one of his one night stands.  This starts a great friendship.  And this is when the story starts to get to me.  I wanted to shake Lawson.  You can tell he loves Campbell but he can't act on it.  He pushes love to the side.  Even though he doesn't show his love to her, he makes sure she is taken care of.

"I have been living without her but I haven't been surviving."

Campbell has had a tough life.  Pretty much taking care of herself as she grows up.  Her friends as always there to help her.  When she meets Connor she falls fast and hard.  They have a good life for awhile and then things take a turn.  Will Campbell be stuck in this horrible life or can she break free?

So this broken road will leave you stumbling.  As Lawson denies true love and Campbell deals with a happily ever after that turns ugly this story takes so many emotional turns and twists.  Even though you fall in love with the characters there are times that you will be yelling and them.  As my heart shatters and I start to put it back together I will anxiously be waiting for the next book since this does end in a cliffhanger.  That is ok I will just message Ms. Williams about how she messed with my mind and my heart and beg her to write faster.

I received a gift copy in exchange for an honest review.  Read and reviewed for Stories and Swag Blog.

KRISSY V'S CHRISTMAS BLITZ

A Taste of Christmas: Dublin Style

My name is Nollaig, it’s the Irish word for Christmas. I hate my name. My parents loved Christmas and that’s why they gave me such a festive name, together with the fact that I was born on Christmas Day.

However, my parents are no longer with us after dying in a car accident on Christmas Eve, five years ago.

Now I hate Christmas all together.

I always hated the fact that everyone got presents on my birthday. Now my parents are gone and ever since then I just don’t feel like celebrating Christmas. Everything about this holiday gives me sad memories.

I need a miracle to happen over the Christmas holiday to make me change my mind about Christmas.

Who knew that a quick shopping trip would provide me with the miracle that I so desperately needed?
